Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Pardon my silence this past week or two. Deadlines are approaching and I am woefully behind on schedule after being under the weather. Because of that, I will be buckling down and focusing on getting a lot of writing done today.

See? I’m only a little behind. Mind you, my goal for the first draft is the end of June, giving me… just over three weeks to complete this. So, just over 2,000 words per day, or less with some heavier-hitting days mixed in. Today’s goal is 5,000 words and I’ll likely try to match that this coming Sunday.

It’s alright, though. National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) has prepared me for rushes to the finish line like this.

Needless to say, I can’t afford to spend too much time on a lengthy blog post, but just know that more information is coming! For now, rest assured that my intention is to release book two in The Survival Chronicles no later than the end of November this year.
